In the past, I have told myself that I was going to loose this weight, I even had a blog. One day I thought I didn't need my blog anymore after losing about 10 pounds and deleted it. I realized, after awhile of bad eating and less excersizing, that my blog is what kept me motivated and on track. I'm back where I started before I lost some weight and decided I needed to have my blog back. So here I am, making this journey for the second time.
